Yes! Working with a knowledgeable trainer is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. I can create a tailored workout plan and make sure you are learning good form that can help keep you safe in the gym. Part of my job is also to help keep you motivated and accountable.
Not if you don't want to! It's important to me that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. I also provide online training sessions for at-home workouts.
We have options! I partner with the Eastside Kettlebell Collective to offer personal training sessions out of their gym in southeast Portland at 2043 SE 50th Ave, Portland, OR 97215. If a gym isn't your thing, we can also talk about training at another location like one of Portland's beautiful parks.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in.
